Stu Bennett overplayed and under-performed this tough guy act. He discovers that more than meets the eye is going on during his investigation. The script doesn't even really take advantage of the British setting; with almost no rewriting, this story could be taking place in America. No, simply that much doom metal is exhausting at times think a three-hour binge, drug-free , taking the edge off anyone's stressful day, lulling them into depraved insanity.

Perhaps a Russian henchman or sidekick to some aging action star. After his retirement, he gets a chance to work as a mercenary. The plot of I Am Vengeance has Daniel Mason Kevin Leslie being chased, captured and killed by Hatcher Gary Daniels and his crew, Barnes Fleur Keith , Marshall Bryan Larkin , Stockwell Wayne Gordon and Lambert Alan Calton.

I Am Vengeance

Taking a cue perhaps from the 2016 programmer Eliminators, where Stu Bennett appearing under his wrestling name Wade Barrett played the heavy against Scott Adkins, the formulaic I Am Vengeance might satisfy fans of low-budget, British-based action films. However fit physically or career-wise Bennett is for an action role, the material here only rarely plays to his strengths. If the point of having Bennett onscreen is for him to kick some ass, his impressive muscles should be rippling as he dispatches the bad guys in creative ways. There is some of that i am vengeance of action on display in I Am Vengeance, but Bennett appears shirtless maybe twice—once for a gratuitous shower scene, and once after being taped up from a chest wound. A scene of him taking out four men sent to kill him features a few nifty deaths by axe, crossbow and more, but this episode is both telegraphed and over too quickly. Bennett may not be ready for a love scene, but then again, John is all business here, and eventually I Am Vengeance finally gets down to it. Moreover, Alan Calton, who has a real screen presence, should have been given more to do; his Lambert shows promise of being a strong adversary, but he barely gets an opportunity to shine. And the sound design by Alexej Mungersdoff is working overtime, so viewers will really hear—if not feel—every bone-crunching punch. I Am Vengeance showcases Bennett playing tough and taciturn, but he nevertheless comes off a bit stiff. He has potential, but Bennett is going to need to try a little harder to have a career on par with his Eliminators co-star Adkins.

To be honest I thought the script called for her demise in which the movie would have ended almost instantly for me, overall a good film worth watching. Complete with sloppily edited and clumsily and seldom, if at all, coherently choreographed action, which lacks excitement and felt 30+ years out of date. The fight scenes where 1980's. The heroin addict girl was overly annoying, loud and obnoxious. What he discovers is a sinister conspiracy and he sets about taking down those responsible one by one. The apps are synchronized with your account at Blu-ray. In the sense of been a brain dead stitch the mind off and just vegitate it does it well. The lead character is also written and performed, for that matter to be little more than a brutal thug with no heart or sympathy attached to him. This is a rather fresh approach to this saturated genre, but unfortunately, the band has since broken up. Sure we've seen these films before.
